Article","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_2_description_6":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"先に、平成19年総務省統計局「全国家計調査年報の「食料」部門の141項目について数量対金額相関関係を検討したところ、7割を超える食品が相関係数0.8以上の値を示した。今回、相関係数0.6~0.26の食品について、この低相関をもたらす理由と背景を、次の様に明らかにすることができた。(1)変動幅が小さいため、明確な相互関係が生じ難くなり相関係数が低下する。卵、豆腐、キャベツのごとく普遍的、日常的な食品が多い。(2)外れ値の存在により、相関関係の均一性が減少し、相関係数が低下させるもので、外れ値を除外することで係数は相関が上昇する。内容が一様でない場合が多く、他の穀類、他の果物、食塩などが該当する。食塩の場合には、いわゆる自然塩の影響を推定した。(3)食文化や伝統を異にするものを一体化させたことにより、相関が混沌化し、低相関係数値を示したもの。東日本と西日本で顕著な異なりを示す場合として葱、上方とその他の地域で異なりを示す場合として緑茶がある。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_2_publisher_36":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"新潟人間生活学会"}]},"item_2_source_id_10":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"1884-8591","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_2_source_id_12":{"attribute_name":"書誌レコードID","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"AA12585279","subitem_source_identifier_type":"NCID"}]},"item_2_version_type_18":{"attribute_name":"著者版フラグ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_version_resource":"http://purl.org/coar/version/c_970fb48d4fbd8a85","subitem_version_type":"VoR"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"本間,
