Paper","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_description_6":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"動脈硬化予防の視点から中学生期の食物・栄養素等摂取状況の最近12年間の変動をみるために、1980・1992年度における新潟県内の中学校2年生各31名を対象とする実態調査を試み、以下の結果を得た。(1)食品群別摂取量の有意な増加は乳類(男女共)、調理加工食品(男子のみ)、肉類(女子のみ)に、有意な減少は淡色野菜(男女共)、油脂・豆・果実類(男子のみ)、米・小麦類と穀類計(女子のみ)に認められた。1992年度に至り、不足している食品群は穀類、豆類、油脂類、淡色野某、藻類の5項目であり、充足または多量摂取されている食品群は乳・肉・魚介・菓子・果実類の5項目であった。(2)栄養素等摂取量の変動に有意差はなく、1992年度に至り、栄養所要量を充足していない項目は男子に皆無、女子にエネルギーおよび鉄がみられた。(3)タンパク質エネルギー比は有意に、脂肪エネルギー比は傾向差にて増加、一方、糖質・穀類エネルギー比は有意に減少し、エネルギー比としてはバランスを欠く状況に至った。動物性タンパク質比・同脂質比は共に有意に増加して、推奨値を超えた。(4)脂肪酸の有意な増加はSFA、MUFA、ステアリン酸、オレイン酸に、有意な減少はPUFA、リノール酸にみられた。P/S比の有意な低下、IA・ITの有意な上昇が懸念されるが、n-6/n-3比、E/PUFAはより適正域へ有意に推移した。(5)食物繊維摂取比率は有意に減少し、目標値との乖離がより顕著になった。(6)Na/K比、P/Ca比は有意に低下して適正値に、Ca/Mg比は有意に上昇して適正値を超え、カルシウム量に見合うマグネシウム量の摂取増が望まれる。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_3_publisher_36":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"県立新潟女子短期大学"}]},"item_3_source_id_10":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"0288-3686","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_3_source_id_12":{"attribute_name":"書誌レコードID","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"AN1023987X","subitem_source_identifier_type":"NCID"}]},"item_3_version_type_18":{"attribute_name":"著者版フラグ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_version_resource":"http://purl.org/coar/version/c_970fb48d4fbd8a85","subitem_version_type":"VoR"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"岡田,
