{"created":"2023-05-15T08:12:34.366284+00:00","id":44,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"4cef1243-9e05-4dac-9e7d-1eb21b491ce6"},"_deposit":{"created_by":12,"id":"44","owners":[12],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"44"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:unii.repo.nii.ac.jp:00000044","sets":["9:10:14"]},"author_link":["249","250","251","252","253","254","255","256","257","258"],"item_2_biblio_info_9":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2015-03","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicPageEnd":"71","bibliographicPageStart":"63","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"6","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"人間生活学研究","bibliographic_titleLang":"ja"}]}]},"item_2_description_17":{"attribute_name":"フォーマット","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"application/pdf","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_2_description_45":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"Journal Article","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_2_description_6":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"人種・民族の違いを考慮した糖尿病食事療法を探究すべく、世界各国から糖尿病患者の食事摂取状況が報告されている。しかし、糖尿病患者の外来診療の半数以上は中小病院で行われているにもかかわらず、いまだに市中病院からの報告はアジアから発信されていない。本研究では、新潟県の市中病院における外来2 型糖尿病患者87 名(男性比率:63.2%、年齢:66.5 ± 10.6歳、BMI:23.7 ±4.0kg/m2、HbA1c:7.2 ± 1.0%)を対象として食物摂取頻度調査法(FFQg Ver. 3.5)により、栄養素等・食品群別摂取状況の把握を行い、一元配置分散分析またはFisher の直接法により分析を実施した。対象者の平均エネルギー摂取量は1591kcal/ 日であり、三大栄養素のエネルギー比率は、たんぱく質:14.6%、脂質:25.4%、炭水化物:55.1% であった。食品群の平均摂取量は、穀類:332.4 ± 119.0g/ 日、野菜類:300.9 ± 142.4g/ 日、魚介類:67.2 ± 42.9g/ 日、肉類:45.5± 36.2g/ 日、果実類:103.6 ± 80.7g/ 日、菓子類:26.4 ± 31.0g/ 日、嗜好飲料:171.2 ± 225.7g/日であり、男性は女性よりも穀類摂取量が有意に多かった(364.3 vs 277.6g / 日, p= 0.001)。また、65 歳未満の群は65 歳以上の群よりも、その他の野菜・乳類・食塩の摂取量が有意に少なく(それぞれ、166.4 vs 206.2g/ 日, p= 0.048, 84.4 vs 133.6g/ 日, p= 0.009, 7.3 vs 9.7g/ 日, p=0.001)、肉類摂取量が多かった(57.5 vs 38.0g/ 日, p= 0.014)。本研究より、市中病院における外来通院中の2 型糖尿病患者の栄養素等摂取状況は、平均的には日本糖尿病学会が示す食事療法の指針に一致することが明らかとなった。一方で、性差・年齢を考慮した食事療法の実践と探究の重要性も示唆された。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"},{"subitem_description":"Many studies about dietary intake among patients with diabetes are reported worldwide for racial and ethnic specific medical nutritional therapy. However, the evidence from a community hospital in Asia is sparse though more than half of outpatients have been seen in small-and-medium-sized hospitals.We aimed to clarify dietary intake among Japanese individuals with type 2 diabetes from a community hospital-based registry. This study was analyzed in 87 patients with type 2 diabetes (Men%: 63.2%, Age:66.5±10.6y, BMI: 23.7±4.0kg/m2, HbA1c: 7.2±1.0%) using the food frequency questionnaire based on food groups. Statistical analyses were conducted using one-way analysis of variance and Fisher's exact test. Mean energy intake for all participants was 1591kcal/day, and mean proportions of total protein, fat,and carbohydrate comprising total energy intake were 14.6, 25.4 and 55.1%, respectively. As a dietary intake by food groups, patients consumed grains (332.4±119.0g/day), vegetables (300.9±142.4g/day),fish (67.2±42.9g/day), meat (45.4±36.2g/day), fruits (103.6±80.7g/day), sweets (26.4±31.0g/day), and beverage (171.2±225.7g/day), respectively. In male patients, grain intake was significantly higher than female patients (364.3 vs 277.6g/day, p= 0.001). Patients with under 65 years old consumed higher other vegetables, milks and daily products, dietary salt (166.4 vs 206.2g/day, p= 0.048, 84.4 vs 133.6g/day, p= 0.009, and 7.3 vs 9.7g/day, p= 0.001, respectively), and lower meat (57.5 vs 38.0g/day, p=0.014) compared with patients at age 65 or older. Our study clarified that Japanese outpatients with type 2 diabetes who have been observed the recommendation for medical nutritional therapy of the Japan Diabetes Society.
